This hub ranks what to invest in, not a PvP roster. Merge Dig Simulator has no public competitive ladder. Your opponent is the coin wall. A tier here means “how hard this pulls you toward the next merge.”

How we rank
S — always do this on a new account.
A — do this every session once S is done.
B — useful after the merge ladder is moving.
C — situational or buy-only-if-leftover.
D — looks like progress, usually is not.
Criteria: coin efficiency, whether it enables a 2-to-1 merge, whether it is free, and whether official media actually shows it. We do not invent pets, eggs, or rebirths to fill an S tier. If a patch adds them, the changelog will force a rerank.

What this list is not
It is not a copy of a CrazyGames Merge & Dig talent tree. It is not Merge Simulator minion ranks. It is not a YouTube “secret pickaxe in 20 minutes” from a different tycoon. If a creator’s ladder names do not include the Diamond + Diamond = Secret art, they may be playing something else.
How often we change letters
When codes expire, S-tier redeem may become empty until Discord drops a new string — watch the codes hub. When a HUD adds auto-merge, that upgrade will jump. Until then, manual merge stays S and auto-merge scripts stay D for anyone who likes the account.
Use getting started if the table feels abstract. Use players if you want F2P versus Premium as playstyles instead of letters. Tiers here exist so you stop buying the wrong shiny row.

Why is the Secret pickaxe high if I cannot buy it yet?
